Eggless Mayo Chocolate Cake 素食蛋黄酱巧克力蛋糕

I have a few vegetarian cake recipes but have yet tried any with mayonnaise in my vegetarian baking. This vegetarian mayonnaise is the only branding available in the market right now. Best to use it as a substitution of egg replacement. I am truly I have finally tried it and now I have more option in baking my vegetarian cake. The texture turns out really satisfying. Love it so much. Please read on for more. *This is not a paid post* Ingredients : 250gm  all purpose flour 1 tspn  baking powder 1 tspn  baking soda 50gm   cocoa powder 150gm   fine sugar 1 tspn   vanilla essence/extract 250ml   hot brew coffee, leave cooled 230gm  vegetarian mayonnaise (one bottle) Method : (1)  place all dry ingredients into a big bowl and mix well. Baby Kai Lan In Braised Taro 芋头炒芥兰

I made for the New Year party a couple weeks ago. This special dish was introduced to me by  Elin .  She had this at a restaurant for her pre Chinese New Year gathering lunch. It looks like a weird combination and seems so strange as well. I have never had anything like mixing up taro with other green vegetables in my cooking before. Well, never try never know, right! It's quite interesting though. And would love to give it a try. And here's what I did. Ingredients : (serve 10) 400gm baby Kai Lan 150gm taro, sliced 50gm dried shrimp 2 tbsp chopped garlic 4 scallion, sliced a few slices ginger, chopped 1 pce red fermented bean curd 2 cups water salt & pepper to taste Method  : (1) firstly, fry the sliced taro till slightly brown, set aside. Ingredients : 250gm  all purpose flour 3/4 TB  baking powder 1/2 tspn  salt 30gm  cold butter, chopped 130ml   cold milk 100ml   water handful of raisins & some dried cranberries *20ml  milk for brushing the top dough Method : (1) put together flour, baking powder & salt till well cooperated. Kerabu Mangga @ Raw Mango Salad With Deboned Chicken Feet 泰式芒果鸡脚沙拉

A great dish to start with on 2016 and its also my number 8th blogging year. What a lucky number ! It happened that I bought a packet of  deboned chicken feet  a couple of days back. I knew hubby will loves it. Its been ages since he taken this chicken feet, at least more than 20 years. Back then, we can easily found this dish all around Singapore and  also in Kuala Lumpur. Eggless Cheesy Mushroom Floss Bread Roll 无蛋法式面包专

Ingredients for bread dough : 255gm  all purpose flour 255gm  bread flour 2 tspn  yeast 3 TB  sugar 300ml  water 1 tspn  salt 60gm  cold butter, diced **1 cup  mushroom floss **125gm   cheddar cheese block ** 2 TB  cheese powder (optional) ~ it looks great on the rolls **2 TB  nori flakes Method  : (1) combine all the dry ingredients into a big mixing bowl. (2) slowly stir in water to form a soft dough, then add in butter & salt and knead till smooth. (3) set aside to rest for an hour or till dough double in size. (4) once it's ready, punch dough to release air and again knead till smooth. (5) next, place dough to working table and divide into 12 portions (about 78gm each) or 10 portions (about 100gm each).
