As requested by my readers, here's the recipe based on the used of leftover bbq chicken. Of course, if you want to try the fresh meat shaobing, it is much more juicier compare to the cooked meat. So, from the recipe given below, you may just replace the bbq chicken to fresh pork belly. But make sure the meat is well sliced and cut, and then marinade. Please read on for more. Air Fryer Satay Chicken Wing 气炸锅沙爹鸡翅膀

This is history cause haven't been using this recipe for a long time.  haha.....  Since my girl is still in holiday and spending time at home, I decided to make some of these for her. This is another recipe that I have been keeping in my list to do for a long long time and finally, decided to make a small one by using my air fryer. It is a gluten free cake which is really yummy and perfect for those who has celiac disease. And the following recipe can be easily convert into KETO version, by just replacing the sugar to  sweetener or Erythritol sweetener. And then replace glutinous rice flour to almond flour. I wanted to prepare something simple today and also wanted to clear up my fridge. So, get the leftover kampung chicken thigh off the fridge and marinade them with salt & pepper without any plans. Just wanted to have it done in an easy way with my rice cooker. Hi... Hi... Hi guys, another yummy recipe from my air fryer again ! I don't made kuih often, but after I owned the AF I started to try out some really nice recipes. Though this recipe required mung bean flour, I hardly seen mung bean flour these days. So, checking around for substitution and finally made up my mind to replace it with tapioca flour and corn flour. I am truly blessed with the out come. Don't you love it too ! Air Fryer Kuih Gula Hangus @ Honeycomb Cake 气炸锅焦糖蜜蜂窝蛋糕

It's been many years back since I made this  kuih gula hangus.  Gosh, I have phobia making this kind of cake cause extremely worried if the honeycomb holes won't form in the cake.  haha.....   So, this round I just gave it a kick and it ended up pretty well. Air Fryer Kuih Bakar Kemboja 马来香兰烘糕

The other day, it was just out of the blue I'm searching for my silicon mould and found that it fit into my AF perfectly. Wow, I was like hurray found my treasure from the rubbish bin !  HAHAHA.....  It was cool. And I am trying out the kuih bakar on it in my air fryer. Oh I am truly blessed !
